  • Can be found in Hellgate Underground chest room.
  • Wanted by Bentanagbal .
  • Used in fight between Balzaar and Agathoth.
  • Can be used to destroy Balzaar should you betray him in favor of Agathoth --- destroying both you and Ganezzar in the blast leaving Agathoth in rule of the world.

Achievement[edit | edit source]

Killing Balzaar with the spear will unlock the Desperate Times achievement.
